conditions of booking
- The Apartment is provided fully furnished and equipped as described in the information provided.
- A full set of bed linen is provided for the double and two single beds for each week of the booking. Towels, other than tea towels, are not provided.
- Rental prices include reasonable use of gas, electricity, water and use of telephone for local calls only.
- Domestic or other animals are not allowed in the Apartment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Smoking is not permitted in the Apartment.
- No more than the number of persons stated in the Booking Confirmation Form are to stay at the Apartment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Apartment is to be kept clean and tidy and handed back in a similar condition as found.
- The building entrance hall and stairs to the Apartment are shared with the occupants of the remaining two flats. Please refrain from leaving any personal items (eg. prams, bicycles) in these common areas.
- All cancellations for a confirmed booking must be in writing. Although the owner will always try to re-let the Apartment, the tenant remains responsible for the total cost of the period booked. If the Apartment is re-let the owner will return any deposits received less expenses.
- When booking a long time in advance we recommend taking holiday insurance to cover against unforeseen cancellations.
- A security deposit cheque of £100 is required to cover losses, damages or any additional costs arising if the Apartment is not left in good order on departure.
- Arrival time is normally 3PM on the starting day and departure no later than 10AM on the last day.
- The owner shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the personal belongings of any member of the party staying at the Apartment.
