The Apartment is available for weekly rents in the high season and for short breaks or longer term lets at other times. Lettings usually run from Friday to Friday, arriving 3PM and departing 10AM. All prices include gas, electricity, duvets and bed linen for the twin and double beds. Towels, other than tea towels, are not provided. Free parking on street. Sorry no pets or smoking on the premises.
Rates
Weekly rates vary according to the time of year:
Low season £335 - £375
Mid season £400 - £500
High season £525 - £625
Minimum week-end rate £220
Availability and firm prices will be quoted on request. Outside the high season we can be flexible with shorter or longer lets and we will try to accommodate all reasonable requests. Just ask!
Once a reservation has been agreed, please read the Conditions of Booking and complete and return the Booking Form. On receipt of this and your initial payment your reservation will be confirmed.
